Panel discussion: What solutions can stop smuggling, counterfeit and imitation goods, and trade fraud?

The situation of smuggling, counterfeit and imitation goods, and trade fraud is becoming increasingly unpredictable, and violators' tricks are ever more sophisticated, even though market surveillance forces have inspected and handled many large-scale violations in localities and seized many warehouses storing large quantities of violating goods of extremely diverse types.

The strong development of technology has rapidly boosted online-based business methods, bringing many benefits to both people and businesses. But besides the positive side, the Internet and e-commerce also have downsides and pose many problems that need to be solved, especially law violations on e-commerce websites/apps, e-commerce trading platforms, and social networks. On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Vietnam's Anti-Counterfeiting Day, we discuss with our guests how to promote solutions to combat smuggling, counterfeit and imitation goods, and trade fraud.
